Like the Tandem Running phenomena seen in ant colonies, we believe in healthy communication and social learning as important tools for success. We specialize in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership & Business Management workshops, as well as consulting for SMEs and startups to help them develop their ideas and access new markets.
Tandem Runner is the fruit of Sandra Haddad’s 18+ years of experience in the business and hospitality industries. Through her work in customer relations, marketing, business development, sales and more in diverse sectors, as well as her certifications in EQ practice and certified training, she has acquired the knowledge needed for a fresh approach to running any business.
A natural–born leader, problem solver, and empathetic listener, Sandra Haddad is the ultimate modern–day, multitasking business woman. Her passion lies in helping individuals and businesses fulfill their utmost potential. Combining her 18 years of work experience and her strong belief in the need for a human–based approach in the workplace, she has become a certified Emotional lntelligence practitioner, assessor and facilitator, creating Tandem Runner in the process.
Sandra holds a BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from NDU as well as multiple certificates for business training and EQ workshops, including a Train the Trainer certification with lSTD. She is an Emotional Intelligence practitioner, assessor and consultant with Six Seconds and an active member of the BeUnsettled community, PON Harvard, and the Lebanese League of Woman in Business, to name but a few. Her many years of experience have seen her work as a General Manager in three different hotels and be a part of pre–opening teams of five–star hotels, a winery domain, and several restaurants in Lebanon. She has worked across many departments, from entry level jobs to upper management positions, widening her scope of interaction with people, improving her communication and leadership skills, and overcoming all kinds of challenges.
